It’s always a joy to capture love stories, but when the couple are close family friends, the experience becomes truly special. Recently, I had the incredible honor of photographing Paige and TJ’s engagement session at the breathtaking El Matador Beach in Malibu, CA. This stunning location, combined with the beautiful connection between them, made for an unforgettable and iconic Malibu engagement session!
Tj & Paige met on Bumble a little over two years ago and as someone who has been fortunate enough to witness their connection from the very beginning, they truly are meant for each other! Her outgoing personality and infectious sense of humor light up any room. She has a heart full of love for everyone around her, and she brings joy and laughter wherever she goes. Just as perfect opposites attract, TJ’s calm demeanor and unwavering support creates a strong foundation for their relationship. The love they share for each other is so evident from the moment you meet them!
As we headed down the canyon we decided to stop and start the session off at Malibu Creek State Park. We walked along the trail until we found the perfect spot to capture a few fun moments. While we were interrupted by a few bugs, lizards and bunnies, it was the perfect start to the day. Continuing down the canyon, we settled in at El Matador beach to round out their Malibu engagement session. The combination of a stunning location, a beautiful couple, and a deep personal connection made for photos that are both stunning and meaningful. I’m so grateful to have been a part of their journey and to have captured these special moments for them! We can’t wait for their wedding in 2025!
